Glacier Creek is mostly melt-water from an unnamed glacier on Sunset Peak, and flows between the Muldrow Glacier, right, and the valley wall. It's source is shown incorrectly on the U.S.G.S topographic sheet. The crest of the Alaska Range, where I hope to reach the pass, lies ahead. This corridor is a common route for grizzly bears.
